Noise Level Zero is NOT a free service. We believe, however, that at only US $40/year that it is very reasonably priced. We do not accept advertising nor do we sell user data to others, so the subscription fee is the only revenue available for supporting the service.

Refunds for partial year service will be available in the event of voluntary termination of service. Refunds for users terminated because of violations of the user agreement will be dealt with on a case basis. Any refunds will be by check in US Dollars drawn on a US bank.

We will accept credit cards online through a secure web site and checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars. All charges will be in US Dollars: Currency conversions are the user's responsibility. Please note that for new users who are not availing themselves of a promotion, money orders and checks must be received and checks must clear before you can use your account.
